Many of the parts and prototypes we produce require coatings and finishes beyond their base material. Protective layering, safety coating, decorative finishes and more can all be applied by our dedicated in-house finishing department.

Spray Painting –. For colour matching, we use the advanced Pantone and Ral Colour Matching systems

Silk Screening – To place your logo, serial number, part number, or any other text or image directly onto a completed part.

Plating –Add a layer of precious metal to your product. Using chrome, silver, and other metallic colours, our finishing department expertly apply layers directly onto your design to enhance lustre and appearance.

Laser Etching – Allows direct etching of designs, logos, text & numbers directly into completed parts.

Polishing –Adds mirror finish brilliance and lustre to finished parts, prototypes, and completed components.
